Molecular Formula | C40H38Na2N12O8 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Chemical properties This product has two structures. The α-amorphous structure is light yellow powder, and the β-crystal form is white crystal. β-crystal form has a good whitening effect. It has a high affinity for cellulose fibers. It is stable to chlorine bleaching agent and has high whitening effect in the range of 20~100 ℃. The absorption peak wavelength is 349 nm and the fluorescence emission wavelength is 442 nm. The solubility in water is medium, which is smaller than that of whitening agents VBL and JD-3. It can be dissolved in monoethylene glycol and can be prepared into a suspension of 10% with hot water. Anionic type, can be mixed with anionic surfactants, dyes, and non-ionic surfactants, and the fluorescence tone is cyan. |
Use | This product is used for the whitening of cotton fiber, nylon and other fabrics. The detergent powder prepared with this product has excellent whitening effect on cotton, hemp and synthetic fiber. |
first add 850 kg of water to the ingredient tank, add 285 kg DSD acid under stirring, heat and dissolve, adjust the pH value to 6-7 with 10% sodium carbonate aqueous solution. Then move into the high slot for standby.
Add 3,000kg of ice water into the condensation kettle, and add 1,400kg of 20% cyanuric chloride acetone solution below 0 ℃. Stir to make it disperse evenly, and then add DSD sodium aqueous solution dropwise at 0~5 ℃. Adjust the pH value with 10% sodium carbonate solution at any time to maintain it at 6~7.5. After dropping, add 156 kg aniline. After reacting at 30~35 ℃ for 2 h, 170 kg of morphine was added, and then reacted at 80 ℃ for 2 h. After the reaction was completed, acetone was steamed out, and the pH value was adjusted to 6~7.5 with alkali, and heated to 120~130 ℃. At this temperature, the α-amorphous substance became β-crystal.
After crystal transformation, it is cooled, filtered, washed the filter cake with water, kneaded with a certain amount of sodium carbonate, dried at 80 ℃, and mixed with sodium sulfate (anhydrous sodium sulfate) to the required fluorescence intensity to obtain brightener DMS.
